Crazy awesome and packed share this week. For the extended season, the shares are supposed to cover about three weeks, which is why this one is so hugely varied, colorful and abundant. I already made a beet and potato salad and it was deeelish! I had never tried a fresh cranberry before I picked up the share on Thursday. They are delightfully crunchy and sweet with a great bitter aftertaste–highly recommended.

kale, lettuce, arugula, delicata squash, acorn squash, beets, carrots, hakurei turnips, sweet potatoes, irish potatoes, cranberries, spencer, ida red, melrose and roxbury russet apples
